Henry supervises the Dispute Resolution department of the firm. He specializes in general civil litigation, commercial arbitration, criminal matters and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He is able to provide clients with time and cost-effective solutions to complex legal problems. He is known as a one stop shop in legal advisory and representation services. He was on the team that drafted a Bill for an Act to provide for the establishment of the Department for Outdoor Advertising and Signage (DOAS) for the purpose of regulating outdoor structures for the display of signage and advertisement in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and for connected purposes including the guidelines and the incidental laws.

He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Lagos, Lagos. He possesses a Master's degree in law from the University of Hull, United Kingdom where he specialized in Public International Law, International Commercial Arbitration, International Business Transactions, Carriage of Goods by Sea, Transnational Commercial Law and Medicine Ethics and Law. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 and upon his call, he worked with Rickey Tarfa & Co in Lagos, Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
